Hello and welcome, For your vacation, we offer a 26 m² apartment for 2 people, very quiet and cozy, adjoining our home with a private entrance, located in the mountain hamlet "Serre-Bouton" at 900 m altitude, in the commune of Saint-André d'Embrun, near Embrun and the Crévoux ski resort. You will enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains and the picturesque town of Embrun. Many hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible nearby. The apartment features a kitchenette in the living area (mini oven, induction cooktop, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle), a sofa bed, a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and quality bedding. Bathroom, sheets, and towels are provided and ready for you. You will have a balcony and a private garden with mountain views, perfect for relaxing after your activities. Shared parking on site. The accommodation is on one level for easy access. In winter, heating is available for an extra fee. Smoking is only allowed outside, as the building is wooden. Events are not permitted on the property. We often welcome retirees, as well as triathletes, especially during the world-famous Embrun triathlon.
